Keihoku Lumberjack Festival & Keihoku Marche

Keihoku has an area roughly the same as Osaka city, but most of it is forest and the forestry industry is thriving.
The Keihoku Lumberjack Festival is an event where you can touch, experience, and learn about trees that have been created from the lumberjacks' passionate desire to pass on Keihoku's forestry industry to the next generation.

Keihoku Lumberjack Festival & Keihoku Marche
Date and time: Sunday, May 17th
   XNUMX:XNUMX-XNUMX:XNUMX
Venue: Former Keihoku Daiichi Elementary School Grounds

We will be holding the "Keihoku Lumberjack Festival" and "Keihoku Marche" in Keihoku, where the fresh green leaves are just beginning to sprout.
This event offers a rare opportunity to experience operating forestry heavy machinery used in actual forestry work sites, as well as sales of local products from Keihoku, and food stalls offering delicious and casual street food!

There will also be "stage events" and a "forest amusement park (experience booths)."

At the Keihoku Marche, local products such as mackerel sushi and natto mochi will be sold.
Delicious, affordable street food awaits you at the food trucks.

This is an event that the whole family can enjoy.
Please enjoy Keihoku in spring with its vibrant new greenery to the fullest.
