This is a hands-on tour held by a workshop of aroma oil extracted from Kitayama cedar.
First, enter Sugiyama, cut the cedar trees, pruning them, crushing the sugi branches and leaves at the workshop, visiting and experiencing the essential oil collection, foot bathing of essential oils, and forest bathing, and then it's lunch time.
In addition to the experience of collecting essential oils at the workshop, you can also enjoy forest bathing and pizza lunch.
Enjoy delicious kiln-baked pizza in the great outdoors, soothed by the scent of Kitayama cedar.
