In the tasting room of the brewer, you can prepare fresh sake unique to Haneda Shuzo and sample local miso at the restaurant (for a fee).
Japanese water is underground water from the Kamikatsu River, which is also used for brewing sake.
You can enjoy the scenery of Kyoto and Kitayama while tasting slowly.
