This Osugi stands on the edge of the ground of the former Keihoku Third Elementary School, not near the current Hachimangusha Shrine.It seems that it used to be on the approach to Hachimangu Shrine, but after that, an elementary school was opened and the approach was interrupted, leaving only Osugi.
