From bread, meal bread, sandwiches to snack bread, it is a local standard taste with a good reputation for delicious bread.

Basically, it is only wholesale and pre-order, so you can get it by purchasing at a store (Roadside Station Woody Keihoku, Sandyco-Keihoku Store, Yamakuni PRESTO Center, Orai Kurodaya <Reservation>) or at a store. It is reserved at (reservation required).

In May 2020, in the midst of the new corona turmoil, the "Bunshu no Wisdom Project" was formed at the three restaurants, Sushi Rice, a butcher shop, and Tanaka.
I was keenly aware of the importance of making products with a feeling of gratitude to the local people and customers all over Japan, and growing with the horizontal connection of the same traders. It is a sandwich "Wisdom Sandwich of Bunshu".
