Haneda Shuzo (Sake Brewery)

Surrounded by forests, Keihoku is blessed with clean water in the upper reaches of the Katsura River.
The underground water of the Kamikatsu River used by Haneda Shuzo for preparation is medium-hard water (hardness 130 degrees) with a slightly higher mineral content than the water in the city.

The sake brewed from this water is characterized by its exquisite acidity and fine, crisp and crisp taste.

In the tasting room, we offer fresh sake from Haneda Shuzo.
You can sample local miso at Ate (charged).

Japanese water is underground water from the Kamikatsu River, which is also used for brewing sake.
Please use it slowly while enjoying the scenery of Kyoto and Kitayama.
