"Iwawo Shoten" is a 40-year-old mackerel sushi specialty store that operates in Keihokuhosono-cho, in the middle of the west Saba Kaido that connects Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, to Wakasa and Kyoto.

Raw mackerel sushi made from carefully selected raw mackerel from Kyushu that was just landed the day before and can be eaten even if it is sashimi, and sushi-only rice (Kizuna of Emi) made by the local Keihoku Ueno Farm Tago.
This is a gem that people who are familiar with mackerel sushi should definitely try.
Besides raw mackerel sushi, there is also Toro mackerel sushi.
Since this store is a catering specialty store, you cannot eat or drink at the store, but you can make takeaway products, so please be sure to make a reservation by phone.
It will be on sale from the end of September at Road Station Woody Keihoku.
Local shipping and delivery (depending on the area) are possible. Please contact us for details.
